Every three years, Indianhead Medical Center collaborates with local organizations to assess and address the health needs of Washburn County residents. On behalf of everyone involved in developing the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), we invite you to review this report as we work together to enhance the health and well-being of our community.

The 2025 CHNA identifies key local health concerns, while the accompanying implementation plan outlines how Indianhead Medical Center (IMC), Spooner Health (SH), and Washburn County Public Health (WCPH), in partnership with other area organizations, will address these priorities.
