Pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT)
Pediatric occupational therapy (OT) supports children in developing the skills they need to grow, learn, play, and thrive in everyday life. It supports children from infancy through adolescence who may have physical, developmental, sensory, behavioral, or cognitive challenges.
Pediatric occupational therapists work to improve a child’s ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, feeding, handwriting, and engaging in social activities. OTs foster development using play-based approaches tailored to each child’s unique needs. Ultimately, empowering children to participate fully in daily life, play, and school with confidence and independence.
